DEEPX Partners With Hyundai Motor Group on Generative AI Robotics Platform, Plans South Korea IPO

DEEPX is a South Korean AI chip startup focused on low-power, on-device computing. It is expanding its partnership with Hyundai Motor Group to incorporate its second-generation chips into a generative AI robotics platform. The collaboration aims to enable robots to perform AI tasks on-device without relying on the cloud, helping reduce latency, energy consumption and data-transmission risks.

As of July 20, 2026, DEEPX was raising a new funding round and planning an initial public offering in South Korea, though it had yet to disclose the fundraising target, listing date or exchange. The company is simultaneously advancing platform development with Hyundai Motor Group and has confirmed the use of its second-generation low-power AI chips.
