HappyRobot Raises $150 Million at $1.2 Billion Valuation
HappyRobot builds enterprise AI agents that execute operational work across phone calls, emails, documents and disconnected business systems. The US-based company, founded by Spanish entrepreneurs, gained traction in logistics and supply chains before expanding into insurance, energy, utilities and other industries still reliant on manual processes. It now works with more than 150 large companies, including DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol and Uber, as businesses accelerate spending on workflow automation.
HappyRobot said on Aug. 4, 2026, that it raised $150 million in a Series C led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, giving the company a $1.2 billion post-money valuation and bringing total funding to nearly $200 million. The round follows a $44 million Series B completed in September 2025, since when the business has grown fivefold. HappyRobot plans to invest in AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, deployment infrastructure and its global engineering, implementation and business-development teams.
