CoinDesk to Launch Stablecoin and AI Agent Training at Consensus 2026
Stablecoins can cut cross-border payment and settlement times from days to seconds, while AI agents can automate payments, reconciliation and operational workflows. Their convergence is giving rise to “agentic commerce.” CoinDesk is therefore extending Consensus beyond industry discussion into hands-on corporate training aimed at finance, product and operations executives, helping them assess implementation costs and workflow benefits.
CoinDesk announced its Stablecoin and Agentic Commerce Academy on April 17, 2026. The program will debut at Consensus 2026, held in Miami from May 5–7. The two-day course will cover wallet setup, compliance, accounting, x402, OpenClaw and live deployment. CoinDesk said the use cases could save millions of dollars in transaction costs, while the instructors have experience handling billions of dollars in enterprise transactions.
