Xceptor Expands Sovereign-Grade SaaS to Switzerland and Japan

2 reports · First detected 2026-08-18 · Last active 2026-08-21

Xceptor provides data automation, confirmations, tax and reconciliation technology to capital-markets firms. Financial institutions in Switzerland and Japan face stringent data-residency, technology-outsourcing and operational-resilience requirements, which can complicate the adoption of cloud services and artificial intelligence. Locally hosted, sovereign-grade infrastructure is therefore important for firms seeking to automate sensitive post-trade processes while retaining control over where financial data is stored and processed.

Xceptor said on Aug. 18, 2026, that it had launched sovereign-grade SaaS regions in Switzerland and Japan, delivered through Microsoft Azure and extending its existing footprint across the US, EMEA and APAC. The platform supports data automation, AI, confirmations and reconciliation in dedicated, encrypted client environments. Xceptor said its SaaS customers process billions of data rows and terabytes of files, handle more than 70,000 SFTP transfers each month and receive over 1 million inbound emails a week.
