HertzFlow Targets May 2026 Mainnet for Permissionless Perpetuals DEX

HertzFlow is developing a permissionless perpetual-futures decentralized exchange on BNB Chain, seeking to broaden access to liquidity provision and market-making. In an interview, co-founder “加密韋馱” described a model intended to let ordinary participants effectively act as dealers. He also discussed the evolution of the “Three Schemes Theory,” a framework covering capital, dividend and mutual-aid schemes, and how Ponzi-style mechanisms may change in the AI era. The project highlights both innovation and risk in decentralized derivatives trading.

In the recent 168X interview, 加密韋馱 outlined HertzFlow’s permissionless market-making design and argued that stabilizing markets first requires protecting dealers and liquidity providers. The project has received investment and incubation support from YZi Labs, though the amount has not been disclosed. HertzFlow plans to launch its mainnet by the end of May 2026. Its ability to attract liquidity, manage trading risk and sustain a broadly accessible market-making model will be key measures of adoption after launch.
