Netcompany Names Søren Skov Mogensen Banking Services CEO

Netcompany is strengthening the leadership of its banking services business as financial institutions invest in digital transformation and modernize technology infrastructure. The appointment gives the Danish IT services company a dedicated executive to pursue expansion in a competitive banking technology market, where scale, specialist capabilities and consolidation can play an important role in winning and delivering larger client mandates.

Netcompany has appointed Søren Skov Mogensen as chief executive officer of its banking services division. Mogensen said the business would seek to expand through a combination of organic growth and selective mergers and acquisitions. The company did not disclose an effective date for the appointment, financial growth targets, potential acquisition targets or the amount of capital it could commit to deals.
