Mintoak Buys ICC Loyalty to Expand Merchant Services

Mintoak provides merchant-payment and commerce software to banks and acquirers serving small and medium-sized businesses. The fintech company has been broadening its platform beyond transaction acceptance, including through its March 2025 purchase of Digiledge, a specialist in bill payments and central bank digital currency services. Adding loyalty technology gives Mintoak a wider set of tools for helping financial institutions engage, retain and generate more revenue from merchants.

Mintoak has announced the acquisition of Dubai-based ICC Loyalty, extending its offering into rewards, cashback, gift cards and customer-engagement programs. The plan first emerged on March 2, 2026, when Mintoak was reported to be arranging 800 million rupees in debt from BlackSoil to finance the deal. The transaction value was not disclosed. Mintoak expects the combined business to generate more than $30 million in annual revenue, with a profit margin exceeding 30%.
