Engageware Names Three Executives to Scale AI Growth
Engageware provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform for companies operating in regulated industries, where adoption depends on more than automation gains. Deployments must also meet compliance, data-security and systems-integration requirements. Strengthening oversight across finance, technology and customer operations is therefore central to the company’s effort to turn AI applications into durable enterprise products and expand their use at scale.
Engageware said it expanded its leadership team with three appointments: Steve Abramson as chief financial officer, Rob Fox as chief technology officer and Matt Wilson as chief customer officer. The company said all three executives have experience building, deploying and scaling AI applications within regulated enterprises and will support its next phase of growth. The announcement did not disclose effective dates for the appointments or any financial terms.
