Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest Adds $4.4 Million of Bullish Shares

Bullish is a cryptoasset trading platform serving institutional investors. It listed on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025 at $37 a share and holds about 24,300 Bitcoin. The company also acquired British share registrar Equiniti for $4.2 billion in an effort to connect regulated shareholder services with tokenization technology, making it a closely watched proxy for the crypto market and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.

Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest bought 122,020 Bullish shares worth about $4.4 million through three ETFs on May 18 and 19, 2026. By May 21, it had purchased the stock for four consecutive days, spending a total of $12.5 million. Bullish posted a first-quarter net loss of $604.9 million, while adjusted revenue rose 49% from a year earlier to $92.8 million. The shares closed at $35.96 on May 21.
