8 reports · First detected 2026-06-01 · Last active 2026-06-10

NVIDIA is extending its GPU push from data centers to AI PCs and working with Microsoft to integrate RTX technology into Windows, aiming to run generative AI and agent services directly on personal computers. The move also challenges Intel’s dominance of the x86 ecosystem, with the penetration rate of Arm-based AI laptops projected to reach 34.2% by 2029.

Jensen Huang unveiled RTX Spark and the N1X processor at GTC Taipei and is partnering with MediaTek to enter the PC market; the value of the partnership has not been disclosed. The product showcase sent partner Micro-Star International (MSI, 2337) shares to their daily limit, up about 10% that day. However, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo cautioned that questions remain over operating-system support and that initial shipments could be limited.
