Super Micro Jumps 18% After Hours on Strong Outlook as AI Server Demand Grows

Super Micro on May 5, 2026, reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $10.24 billion for the period ended March 31, up more than 122% from a year earlier but below the $12.33 billion estimate compiled by LSEG. The company forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $11 billion to $12.5 billion and adjusted earnings of $0.65–$0.79 per share, both above market expectations. Its shares surged 18% in after-hours trading.
