Airwallex appointed Pranav Sood as its new chief financial officer in June 2026. He led the company’s EMEA business from 2022 to 2024 before becoming an operating partner at Bain Capital’s growth equity fund. Returning to the company’s London headquarters, Sood will lead the finance team and deploy $320 million in recently raised capital to accelerate the development of AI-powered financial tools.
