Digiwin Launches Agent Space to Reshape Enterprise AI Workflows
Digiwin is shifting from an ERP software provider to an AI platform company, targeting the data-access, cross-department collaboration and operational traceability challenges businesses often face when deploying AI agents. Agent Space operates through separate personal and enterprise workspaces. It connects Digiwin ERP, Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise on Google Cloud, allowing AI to first assess workflows such as order intake, materials preparation and rush orders before employees make decisions.
Digiwin formally launched Agent Space on June 23, 2026, offering three types of digital personas: commander, expert and personalized. The platform is available through subscriptions or usage-based pricing, although prices have not been disclosed. Early trial customer Main Direction Technology began using it for purchase requisitions and purchase-order entry in May 2026. Tasks that previously took half a day of manual work were cut to several minutes, while AI order-entry accuracy exceeded 90%.
