Fubon Securities Opens Kaohsiung Wealth Management Hub
Taiwan is developing an Asian asset management center, with a designated zone in Kaohsiung intended to attract domestic and offshore capital and expand the island’s wealth management industry. Fubon Securities is using the initiative to shift beyond product sales and trade execution toward asset allocation, financial planning and advisory services for wealthy clients seeking global investments, cross-border funding options and succession planning.
Fubon Securities relocated and renamed its former North Kaohsiung branch as the Port City Branch on June 1, 2026, and announced its formal entry into the Kaohsiung zone on July 23. The office combines the group’s securities, banking and insurance resources through its 3O network — OSU, OBU and OIU — and links with Fubon Securities (Hong Kong) to offer stocks, bonds, funds, ETFs and multi-currency portfolios.
