OpenAI Names Rajic Revenue Chief as Dresser Departs

Denise Dresser joined OpenAI as chief revenue officer from Slack in December 2025, overseeing global revenue strategy, enterprise sales and customer success. Her departure comes as the ChatGPT maker, recently valued at $852 billion, seeks to accelerate enterprise adoption and prepares for a potential public listing. The turnover also puts a spotlight on leadership stability as co-founder Greg Brockman assumes greater operating responsibility.

OpenAI said on Aug. 13, 2026, that Dresser would leave in the coming weeks to pursue other opportunities, ending a tenure of less than a year. She will be succeeded by Dali Rajic, most recently president and chief operating officer of Alphabet-owned cybersecurity company Wiz. The move follows former operating chief Brad Lightcap’s Aug. 11 announcement that he was leaving to start a new venture, making Dresser the second OpenAI executive to depart that week.
