Blockchain.com Confidentially Files for U.S. IPO
Founded in 2011, Blockchain.com provides cryptocurrency exchange, digital wallet and institutional trading services. It was valued at $14 billion in a 2022 funding round. A successful listing would mark another milestone in the U.S. crypto industry's move into public markets.
Blockchain.com confidentially submitted a draft registration statement for an initial public offering to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in April 2025 and planned to list as early as the end of that year. When news of the filing emerged, the number of shares, the amount to be raised and the price range per share had yet to be determined.
