Quantios Unveils Agentic AI Roadmap for Trust, Corporate Services
Quantios supplies digital administration technology to trust and corporate service providers, serving more than 600 firms across six continents through its flagship Quantios Core and Klea platforms. The roadmap matters because the sector is grappling with rising regulatory complexity and growing entity volumes, while much accounting, company-secretarial and compliance work remains manual. Quantios is positioning domain-specific agentic AI as a way to automate repeatable workflows without removing human review and approval.
Quantios unveiled the platform-wide roadmap on July 14, 2026, alongside a Timesheet Agent that proposes time entries and displays them in a visual workday view. More than 20 firms have participated in its early-adopter programme. Bank Statement, Bank Reconciliation and Director Appointment agents are already deployed, with the latter supporting workflows across more than 100 jurisdictions. Quantios says its agents are producing 40% to 60% full-time-equivalent savings in high-volume accounting work; planned releases cover meetings, resignations, audits and trust distributions.
