NVIDIA’s planned move into the Beitou-Shilin Technology Park in Taipei is expected to concentrate technology jobs, corporate investment and housing demand in the surrounding area. Li Ming Construction, part of the Lealea Group, is entering the market with its first project, Li Ming Yunshan, targeting AI-sector employees and affluent technology professionals seeking shorter commutes and property exposure near the emerging business hub.

Li Ming Yunshan is scheduled for completion in the same year as NVIDIA’s local headquarters, though the report did not disclose the exact year, transaction price or price per ping. The project has already attracted NVIDIA employees and wealthy technology-sector buyers, including a purchaser who selected a roughly 50-ping residence, indicating that expectations of major corporate arrivals are beginning to translate into actual home-buying demand.
