Wall Street Launches WarshGPT to Decode Fed Chair’s Communication Style
The communication style of newly installed Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh has become a focus for global financial markets. Wall Street is increasingly turning to generative AI tools to forecast the direction of monetary policy more precisely. The shift turns policy interpretation, once reliant on subjective judgment, into systematic data analysis. It could help traders reduce decision-making risks during policy transitions and reflects the financial industry’s urgent demand for quantitative policy analysis.
Asset manager F/m Investments launched WarshGPT, an AI tool based on Anthropic’s Claude model, in July 2026. The tool analyzes Warsh’s past remarks to infer his policy stance. Although the firm did not disclose the specific amount spent on development, WarshGPT went live in mid-July. The Federal Reserve is also internally exploring the possibility of using AI to help improve economic modeling.
