HSP GRUPPE Deploys ChatGPT Enterprise to Expand Tax Advisory Capacity

Germany’s HSP GRUPPE, a network of legally independent tax advisory, auditing and law firms, has spent more than two decades digitizing and standardizing professional workflows. It is embedding ChatGPT Enterprise across tax research, client communications, financial analysis and knowledge sharing, treating AI as an operating capability rather than a standalone productivity tool. The approach combines enterprise security and internal governance with mandatory professional review, aiming to ease capacity constraints while preserving accountability for tax, legal and accounting judgments.

OpenAI said on Aug. 7, 2026, that the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace shared by HSP GRUPPE and Kanzleipakt, spanning 81 organizational groups, logged more than 500,000 conversations from Feb. 1 through July 14. Weekly active usage reached 84%, while 98.6% of surveyed employees reported higher productivity and 84.6% better work quality. HSP estimates AI could create more than 40,000 hours of annual capacity and about €3.8 million in theoretical revenue potential, though that figure is neither realized nor guaranteed.
