Tian Cheng Precision has long specialized in aluminum-alloy forging, with investment in plants and production lines central to upgrading its processes and expanding capacity in Taiwan. By pooling funding from financial institutions through a syndicated loan, Land Bank of Taiwan is helping the company secure medium- to long-term capital. The deal also reflects the banking group's assessment of its operating performance and industry outlook.

Land Bank of Taiwan and Tian Cheng Precision signed a seven-year, NT$3.5 billion syndicated loan agreement on March 3, 2026. Land Bank serves as lead arranger and facility agent, while Taichung Commercial Bank manages the collateral. The funds will be used to repay debt, expand plants, purchase equipment and bolster working capital. Eight other banks participated, with subscriptions reaching 122% of the loan amount.
