JDV Control Valves supplies equipment used to regulate gas and liquid flows in critical plant systems, positioning its semiconductor and high-tech business as an increasingly important growth pillar as manufacturers expand capacity.

JDV said order value from semiconductor and other high-tech customers increased 15% from a year earlier, supported by the AI infrastructure and fab expansion cycle. The company estimated that a single large semiconductor plant requires about 30,000 to 40,000 critical industrial valves, highlighting the scale of potential demand. It expects AI-related capital spending to remain a key driver of future operations.
