Sijie Technology Unveils SPAK to Orchestrate AI-Native Factory Operations

Manufacturers are increasingly looking beyond standalone AI models toward systems that can connect simulation, decision-making and physical equipment in a controlled production workflow. Sijie Technology’s SPAK AI factory operating system is designed as that orchestration layer, combining Physical AI, digital twins and enterprise AI infrastructure. Built on NVIDIA technology architecture and open models, SPAK manages industrial AI agents across factory operations, aiming to turn isolated automation projects into an AI-native operating environment.

Sijie Technology unveiled the SPAK “operations agent” at an industrial automation exhibition, positioning it as a system capable of taking over and coordinating factory workflows across multiple platforms. SPAK allows manufacturers to simulate and validate processes in a digital-twin environment before deploying approved decisions to physical production sites. By linking industrial AI agents, machinery and enterprise systems, the company said the platform can move AI from virtual testing into real-world execution across the production line.
