Tea Protocol Sets June 4 Mainnet Launch and Aerodrome TGE
Tea Protocol is developing a trust layer for open-source software, seeking to verify the provenance, ownership and integrity of code as artificial intelligence accelerates software creation and reuse. The project addresses growing concerns over supply-chain transparency and the attribution of developer contributions, issues that have become more consequential as AI-generated code spreads across commercial and community-led projects.
Tea Protocol said it will launch its mainnet on June 4, 2026, and hold its token generation event, or TGE, on Aerodrome on the same date. The rollout will move the protocol into live operation and introduce the token intended to support its open-source trust-layer ecosystem. The announcement did not specify a token price, fundraising amount or valuation.
