AccountsIQ, a cloud accounting software provider focused on midsized businesses, is expanding its platform into AI-driven financial operations. Accounts receivable collection often requires finance teams to track overdue invoices, contact customers and maintain follow-up records manually. Automating those repetitive tasks with AI agents could shorten collection workflows and allow staff to focus on exceptions and higher-value financial work.

AccountsIQ recently announced a partnership with Paraglide to deploy its AI agents for accounts receivable collections. The technology will help midsized-business customers automate collection activities, with the companies positioning the rollout as a way to improve finance-team efficiency and simplify payment recovery.
