Investec Hires Terry Koizou to Lead UK Mid-Market CRM Build-Out

Investec is strengthening its customer operations in Britain’s mid-market financial services sector, where banks compete to deepen relationships with medium-sized companies. A customer relationship management, or CRM, platform can connect client data, sales processes and service delivery, making the build-out an important part of the group’s broader effort to improve its digital operating infrastructure.

The financial services group has hired Terry Koizou to lead the development of its UK mid-market CRM capabilities, according to the latest report. The appointment is intended to improve how Investec manages and serves corporate clients in the segment.
