Anthropic Launches $150 Million Claude Corps AI Fellowship Program

Anthropic has launched Claude Corps to help resource-constrained nonprofit organizations adopt generative AI. Participants will use Claude to build practical tools, while technology talent-training organization CodePath and outcomes-financing organization Social Finance will support training, placement and impact evaluation.

As of July 20, 2026, Anthropic said it would initially invest $150 million to recruit 1,000 fellows for yearlong placements at nonprofit organizations across the United States. Participants will receive training in Claude applications and develop projects to help partner organizations integrate AI into daily operations and public services.
