SEI Appoints Rob Wrzesniewski to Lead Stratos Wealth Technology Strategy
Nasdaq-listed SEI provides financial technology, operations and asset-management services, while Stratos Wealth Holdings connects independent financial advisers across the United States. SEI completed the first phase of its investment on Dec. 3, 2025, acquiring the U.S. business for about $441 million and paying about $544 million in cash for a 57.5% stake in SEI-Eclipse. That made platform integration a key component of future growth.
On June 23, 2026, SEI appointed Rob Wrzesniewski, who joined the company in 1992, to the newly created role of head of Stratos Technology. He will oversee adviser-facing technology, platform integration, long-term capability development and adviser software, reporting to senior executives at SEI and Stratos. As of March 31, SEI had about $1.9 trillion in assets under management, advisement or administration.
