Wall Street Institutions Poured More Than $540 Million Into US Solana ETFs in Q4

1 reports · First detected 2026-03-10 · Last active 2026-03-10

Solana is a public blockchain that supports smart contracts, and its native token, SOL, is a major crypto asset. US spot Solana ETFs allow investors to gain exposure to its price through regulated securities accounts without holding the token directly. Institutional holdings are therefore viewed as an important gauge of traditional finance’s adoption of crypto assets.

According to regulatory filing data compiled by a Bloomberg analyst, Wall Street institutions invested more than $540 million in US spot Solana ETFs in the fourth quarter of 2024. As of December 31, 2024, Electric Capital led with holdings worth about $137 million, followed by Goldman Sachs at roughly $107 million.
