BizLink to Acquire Interplex Datacom for $850 Million, Expanding Data Center Infrastructure Business
AI server racks require not only cables and connectors but also precision metal structures to support equipment. BizLink Holding’s existing electrical connectivity and systems integration capabilities would be complemented by Singapore-based Interplex Datacom’s mechanical design and high-precision manufacturing expertise. The acquisition would expand BizLink’s one-stop data center offerings while supporting its semiconductor equipment enclosure, medical equipment and assembly businesses.
BizLink Holding’s board approved an agreement with Blackstone-managed funds on June 10, 2026, to acquire Interplex Datacom in an all-cash transaction valued at $850 million on an enterprise-value basis, plus contingent consideration of up to $50 million. Interplex Datacom generated approximately $392 million in revenue in the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. Citi has committed financing for the deal, which is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
