Broadcom Launches VCF 9.1 for Production-Grade AI Private Clouds

Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation is a private-cloud platform integrating compute, storage, networking and management capabilities. As companies move AI from testing into production, data privacy, infrastructure costs and support for agentic AI have emerged as three core challenges to deploying production-grade workloads.

Broadcom has launched VCF 9.1 with security and heterogeneous computing support to help companies deploy AI inference and agentic AI applications in private clouds. The new release also strengthens protection against lateral access, expands EDR integration, and enhances ransomware isolation and recovery capabilities. The reports did not disclose the exact launch date or pricing.
