Tema Launches PSOX ETF to Target AI Power Supply Chain

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-28 · Last active 2026-08-28

The rapid buildout of generative AI infrastructure is turning power delivery and efficiency into critical constraints for data centers. As server systems move toward 800-volt architectures, demand is expected to rise for multilayer ceramic capacitors, or MLCCs, and power semiconductors that regulate and convert electricity. Those components place suppliers such as Delta Electronics, Yageo, Infineon Technologies and Murata Manufacturing deeper in the AI infrastructure investment cycle.

US-listed fund issuer Tema has launched the Tema MLCC & PowerSemi ETF under the ticker PSOX, offering targeted exposure to the AI server power supply chain. Delta, Yageo, Infineon and Murata are among its 10 largest holdings, while Taiwanese suppliers account for nearly 30% of the portfolio. The fund is designed to capture spending tied to AI infrastructure expansion and the transition toward higher-voltage, 800V power systems.
