HSC Digital, Virtual Mind Holding Sign MOU to Expand Digital-Asset Infrastructure Business
HSC Digital, a digital-asset infrastructure company founded by Vadim Krekotin, focuses on cross-border settlement, gold-backed stablecoins, asset custody and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Its partnership with Hong Kong-listed Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited (1520.HK) aims to combine the listed company’s access to capital with HSC Digital’s cross-border and regulatory capabilities, bridging traditional finance and on-chain assets.
The parties signed a memorandum of understanding at the HSC Asset Management Hong Kong conference on April 23, 2026, represented by Krekotin and Virtual Mind Holding Executive Chairman Weiyi Mei. Virtual Mind Holding plans to make an initial investment in HSC Digital and secure priority rights in subsequent equity financing. The investment amount and ownership stake have not been disclosed, and the transaction remains subject to due diligence, agreement on terms and the signing of definitive agreements.
