Police FCU Launches Mahalo Digital Banking Platform
Police Federal Credit Union, a nonprofit institution serving the U.S. law-enforcement community since 1935, has more than 13,000 members nationwide and assets exceeding $178 million. The Washington, D.C.-area credit union chose Mahalo Banking as members increasingly expected secure, accessible and real-time services across online and mobile channels. The overhaul was also designed to pair digital banking more closely with Police FCU’s underlying account-processing infrastructure.
Police FCU went live with Mahalo Banking’s platform on April 13, 2026, while completing its conversion to the Corelation KeyStone core system. The rollout came roughly a year after the partnership was announced on April 22, 2025. The integrated systems provide real-time account access and fund transfers, fraud controls through Credential Assurance Technology, in-app communications and accessibility features designed for neurodiverse users. The companies did not disclose the contract value.
