Istanbul Blockchain Week Returns in June 2026 as Türkiye’s Crypto Market Expands
Türkiye has emerged as the largest cryptocurrency market in the Middle East and North Africa, making Istanbul an increasingly important hub for the region’s Web3 industry. Istanbul Blockchain Week serves as a forum for international companies, investors and policymakers assessing the country’s accelerating adoption, evolving regulatory landscape and potential role in the next phase of digital-asset growth.
The fifth edition of Istanbul Blockchain Week, or IBW, will return to Türkiye in June 2026, organizers said. The event is expected to convene global Web3 leaders for discussions centered on artificial intelligence, real-world asset tokenization, or RWA, and cryptocurrency regulation. Its return comes as digital-asset adoption rises across Türkiye, sharpening international interest in one of the region’s most active crypto markets.
