European Digital Tax Compliance Platform A-Cube Raises €4 Million

A-Cube is an Italian digital tax compliance technology provider whose API-first platform helps businesses manage electronic invoicing and real-time tax reporting. The European Union is expected to advance its VAT in the Digital Age, or ViDA, initiative from 2028, adding to the complexity of multi-jurisdiction compliance for multinational companies and increasing the importance of automated tax infrastructure.

A-Cube announced on May 12, 2026, that it had raised €4 million in a funding round led by Italian venture capital firm P101 SGR, with participation from Sella Direct Ventures. The funds will support European expansion, the adoption of new AI models and the development of adjacent products. Since 2019, the company has processed more than 70 million invoices and served over 450 customers across more than 10 countries.
