Ncontracts Releases Third-Party Risk Management Strategy Guide for Financial Institutions
Financial institutions increasingly rely on cloud services, core banking systems and fintech vendors, allowing risks to accumulate across integration points, shared systems and supply chains. Ncontracts, which serves more than 5,000 financial-industry clients, argues that third-party risk management should do more than help institutions pass regulatory examinations. It should also support operational performance, risk controls and business resilience.
Ncontracts released “The Upside of Third-Party Risk Management” on June 22, 2026, as the third volume in its strategy book series. The Fintech Times reported on it on June 27. Co-authored by CEO Michael Berman and Michael Carpenter, the guide covers risk appetite, due diligence, contracts and performance monitoring. No price or related investment amount was disclosed.
