Nayax to Buy Smart Parking Provider IPS Group for $350 Million
Nayax, a global payments platform, plans to add IPS Group’s smart parking and billing systems to its business through the acquisition. The deal would bring payment technology and parking infrastructure under one owner, strengthening Nayax’s position in a specialized market where operators are increasingly combining automated parking management with digital payments. That makes the transaction strategically important beyond its headline purchase price.
Nayax said it will acquire IPS Group for $350 million, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to the announcement. The company plans to fund the purchase with cash on hand and $150 million of newly issued debt. The debt portion represents about 43% of the announced consideration, leaving the balance to be covered by existing cash.
