1 reports · First detected 2026-03-17 · Last active 2026-03-17

Adimmune is a Taiwanese vaccine manufacturer whose production capacity is important to public-health supplies and national resilience. Developing new vaccines and expanding globally require long-term funding. The syndicated loan marks Adimmune’s fourth collaboration with Land Bank of Taiwan and its banking consortium since 2011, reflecting financial institutions’ support for the company’s operations and industry role.

Land Bank of Taiwan President Chang Chih-chien and Adimmune Chairman Chan Chi-shean signed the NT$4.5 billion syndicated credit agreement on March 17, 2026. Land Bank served as lead arranger and facility agent, with First Bank as co-arranger. Eight other banks participated, including Mega International Commercial Bank, Entie Commercial Bank and Taiwan Cooperative Bank. The loan was 150% oversubscribed but was signed at the original amount, with proceeds earmarked to repay financial-institution borrowings and bolster medium-term working capital.
