Duan Yongping Takes First Stake in Stablecoin Giant Circle, Sharply Raises Nvidia Holding
Duan Yongping, known as the “Chinese Warren Buffett,” has built a reputation as a long-term value investor. His family wealth manager, H&H International Investment LLC, has historically held large positions in companies including Apple and Berkshire Hathaway. Its first investment in Circle, the issuer of the U.S. dollar stablecoin USDC, signals that its portfolio has expanded into regulated blockchain payments infrastructure.
H&H filed its first-quarter 13F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 19, 2026, covering holdings as of March 31. It bought 200,000 Circle shares worth $19.08 million at quarter-end and added 6.6 million Nvidia shares, increasing its holding by 91.29%. It also opened a 3.4-million-share Tesla position worth $1.267 billion and exited a 2.56-million-share Alibaba position.
