Apex Group Names Nick Tomadakis Chief Product Officer
Founded in Bermuda in 2003, Apex Group provides fund administration, investor services, capital-markets support and digital solutions to asset managers, financial institutions and family offices. The company services more than $3.5 trillion in assets and employs over 13,000 people globally. As clients increase their use of digital banking, artificial intelligence and tokenisation, the ability to integrate products and bring technology-enabled services to market quickly has become central to Apex’s growth strategy.
Apex Group said on Sept. 3, 2026, that it appointed Nick Tomadakis as chief product officer, effective immediately. Reporting directly to founder and Chief Executive Officer Peter Hughes, Tomadakis will lead global product strategy and oversee the development of the company’s technology-enabled solutions. He brings more than 20 years of experience, including senior roles at Rakuten Viber, Revolut, Barclays and Visa Europe, and most recently served as chief product and growth officer at DCM Systems, focusing on tokenisation and next-generation payments infrastructure.
