Maison Innovation, KGI Securities Launch IPO Plan Targeting High-End AI and LEO Satellite PCB Markets
Maison Innovation uses an asset-light model for high-end PCB design and systems integration, targeting demand from AI servers, low-Earth-orbit satellites and semiconductor test interfaces. These applications require high-speed transmission and strong reliability, closely aligning the company’s technology strategy with a new wave of investment in computing and communications infrastructure.
Maison Innovation recently signed a listing advisory agreement with KGI Securities, formally launching its IPO plans. It expects to apply for public issuance by the end of 2026. The companies have not disclosed the planned fundraising amount or listing market and will proceed with corporate governance, financial-system and other pre-listing preparations.
