KnowBe4 Partners With Flywire to Automate Global Cash Flow and Cross-Border Payments

KnowBe4 provides security-awareness training and simulated phishing services to more than 70,000 organizations worldwide. As its international customer base has grown, its accounts-receivable, currency-conversion and cross-border collection processes have become more complex. Its partnership with payments technology company Flywire is designed to integrate invoice-to-cash operations, reduce the burden on finance teams and improve local payment experiences.

KnowBe4 recently announced that it would use Flywire’s global payment network and invoice-to-cash software to automate accounts receivable and cross-border payments, allowing customers in different markets to use localized payment methods. The companies did not disclose the value of the partnership, a formal launch date or projected transaction volumes. The service is expected to cover KnowBe4’s global customer base of more than 70,000 organizations.
