O-Bank Proposes Record NT$0.52 Dividend, Advances Dig Deep Strategy

3 reports · First detected 2026-03-11 · Last active 2026-03-11

Since listing in 2017, O-Bank has made digital finance and international markets the main pillars of its growth strategy. To reduce its exposure to economic cycles and financial volatility in any single market, Chairwoman Tina Lo is pursuing a three-year “Dig Deep” plan focused on strengthening customer relationships, expanding in the United States and Australia, and making earnings more stable.

O-Bank’s board approved its 2025 profit-distribution proposal in 2026, including a proposed cash dividend of NT$0.52 per share, the highest since the bank listed in 2017. The proposal remains subject to shareholder approval. Lo said the company would continue implementing the Dig Deep plan and expanding its presence in the U.S. and Australian markets to diversify operational risks and drive earnings growth.
