Cisco Launches Cloud Control as IT Operations Platform for the AI Agent Era

As businesses adopt AI agents, IT operations face challenges including fragmented data across systems, access governance and operational audits. Cisco is positioning Cisco Cloud Control at the heart of AgenticOps, integrating networking, security, computing, observability and collaboration capabilities. The platform gives employees and AI agents a shared, governed management environment.

Cisco unveiled Cisco Cloud Control at Cisco Live US on June 2, 2026, with limited initial availability in the United States. Cloud Control Studio supports low-code development and integrations with more than 50 third-party tools. AI Canvas enables people and agents to collaborate on investigating and resolving problems. Cisco has not announced global availability or pricing.
