Revolut Cuts WeWork Access After Price Increase
Revolut bundles WeWork On Demand access with its higher-tier Metal and Ultra subscriptions, part of a broader strategy to make paid banking plans more attractive through lifestyle perks. Metal customers receive one workspace visit per calendar month, while Ultra customers can make as many as three. The benefit’s practical value therefore depends heavily on the number and location of participating offices, particularly in European cities where the fintech has a large customer base.
The Financial Times reported on Aug. 12, 2026, that a renegotiated Revolut-WeWork agreement took effect at the start of August after WeWork sought higher fees. Access has been reduced to about 265 locations, more than half of them in the United States, where Revolut has a smaller footprint than in Europe. Popular sites were removed in Paris, Brussels, Milan, London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Prague. The companies did not disclose the proposed fee increase or the contract’s value, saying the deal avoided ending the perk or passing higher costs to subscribers.
