Inveniam to Acquire MANTRA After OM Token Crash
MANTRA operates a Layer-1 blockchain focused on tokenizing real-world assets, while Inveniam Capital Partners supplies data infrastructure for private markets. Their combination is intended to unite regulated blockchain rails with AI-ready institutional asset data, creating a potential bridge between traditional finance and decentralized markets. The deal also offers MANTRA a path forward after its OM token collapsed in April 2025, prompting restructuring and layoffs.
Inveniam said on June 16, 2026, that it would acquire MANTRA and affiliated entities, with closing expected in the third quarter subject to customary conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The announcement follows Inveniam’s $20 million strategic investment in MANTRA in August 2025. MANTRA’s OM token plunged more than 90% on April 13, 2025. MANTRA Chain, its token and related products are expected to continue operating under Inveniam’s ownership.
