Strive’s SATA to Become First U.S.-Listed Security With Daily Cash Dividends
Strive has positioned Bitcoin as a core treasury asset, while its listed preferred stock SATA offers investors an income-producing security tied to the company’s capital strategy. Moving from conventional monthly or quarterly distributions to payments every business day allows investors to receive and potentially reinvest cash sooner, marking a notable experiment in yield-oriented structuring in U.S. public markets.
Strive said SATA will begin paying cash dividends each business day from June 16, making it the first U.S.-listed security with a daily cash-dividend structure. The increased payment frequency lifts its effective yield to 13.88%, the company said. Strive also reported that it has repaid all outstanding debt and expanded its Bitcoin treasury strategy, bringing its holdings to 15,009 Bitcoin.
