Tian Neng Green Energy Plans NT$3.2 Dividend as AI Demand Drives Record Revenue
Tian Neng Green Energy, a green-power trading company owned by J&V Energy, serves as a “green-power market maker” between generators and corporate electricity users. As the expansion of AI applications and data centers drives up electricity consumption, corporate demand for renewable energy is rising, putting the company’s Taipei Exchange listing plan and dividend policy in the green-energy market spotlight.
Tian Neng Green Energy said it expects to list on the Taipei Exchange in the second quarter and plans to distribute a cash dividend of NT$3.2 per share. Rapid growth in demand for green power from AI and data-center customers helped both March revenue and cumulative first-quarter revenue reach record highs since the company’s establishment, sustaining its operational momentum.
