Splitit Joins Jack Henry Network to Expand Bank-Linked Installments
Splitit, a global installment-payment provider, enables consumers to spread purchases over time using existing credit rather than taking out a new loan. Joining Jack Henry’s Fintech Integration Network, or FIN, gives Splitit a route into financial institutions that rely on Jack Henry’s core banking and digital infrastructure, helping banks strengthen their own offerings as they compete with buy-now, pay-later providers.
Splitit said it will integrate its bank-linked installment service with Jack Henry’s SilverLake core banking platform and Banno digital platform. The connection is intended to make it easier for banks and credit unions to offer installment payments within their existing customer relationships and digital channels. The announcement did not disclose financial terms, name initial participating institutions or provide a firm launch date.
